Do I have to
do anything prior to class?
Yes. If you are a first time user, it is recommended that you
login the at least a day prior to class start and run the system
check. After you login, at the lower left hand corner of your
screen will be an icon labeled “System Check”, just click and
follow the instructions. This performs steps to make sure your
audio is working and to check your network connection. If you
are on WAN this will check to make sure there are no firewall
issues that will keep you from participating in the class. If
you should experience any difficulties with the system check,
please contact us.
